General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the legally binding terms regarding your use of the social network Like Expert, available online at https://like.expert (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Platform").

1.2. The Like Expert social and commercial network is managed by the Company representing the platform's interests in Ukraine and provides users with access to unique tools for interaction, project promotion, and business networking.

1.3. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and confirm that you have the authority and right to accept these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to access the platform.
• If you do not agree to the terms, you must immediately stop using the Website.

Access to the Website and Registration

2.1. Access to the Website

2.1.1. The Website provides access to its services only to registered users who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 may use the platform only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

2.1.2. The user agrees not to use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes and not to share access with third parties.

2.2. Account Registration

2.2.1. Registration on the Website is free. The user must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when creating an account, including their first name, last name, unique username, and password.

2.2.2. The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The Website is not liable for any losses caused by the use of the account by third parties.

2.2.3. Registration via third-party services (e.g., social networks) is allowed, but the user agrees to comply with the terms of those platforms.

2.3. Account Deletion

2.3.1. The user has the right to request the deletion of their account by contacting the Website's support service or via the relevant section in account settings.

2.3.2. After the request is processed by the Website administration, the user's account will be deleted, and all user data, including published content, may be removed from the Website's active databases. However, such data may remain in archived copies for a reasonable period for technical purposes or as required by law.

Content and Rules for Its Placement

3.1. Rights and Responsibilities for User Content

3.1.1. User content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") includes any materials uploaded, posted, or provided by the user on the platform: text, images, video, audio, links, and other data.

3.1.2. The user guarantees that they are the author or legal owner of the rights to the posted Content or have the appropriate permission to use it.

3.1.3. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and content of the posted Content, as well as for any consequences of its publication.

3.1.4. By posting Content on the platform, the user grants Like Expert a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use the Content for promoting the platform, including showcasing it in marketing materials and other projects related to the platform.

3.2. Prohibited Content

It is forbidden to post Content that:

• Violates the laws of Ukraine, international treaties, and conventions.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, hatred, or contains defamation.
• Contains pornography, scenes of cruelty, or sexually explicit materials.
• Promotes harmful habits, illegal activities, extremism, or terrorism.
• Contains viruses, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Misleads users or spreads false information.
• Justifies or supports aggression against Ukraine or threatens national security.
• Contains political content, propaganda, fake news, or materials inconsistent with the platform’s business orientation.
• Contains confidential information of third parties, including personal data, without their consent.
• Provides instructions or guides for committing crimes.
• Promotes or justifies aggressive actions against the state and people of Ukraine.

3.3. Platform Rights Regarding User Content

3.3.1. Like Expert reserves the right to:

• Remove or block Content that violates the terms of the Agreement without prior notice.
• Restrict access to Content if it contradicts laws or platform standards.
• Temporarily store deleted Content in archive copies for technical purposes or as required by law.

3.3.2. The platform is not obligated to pre-moderate all posted Content but reserves the right to review specific materials at its discretion.

3.3.3. The user agrees that removing Content by the administration does not entail any obligations to the user or third parties.

3.4. Acceptable Use Policy

3.4.1. Users agree not to use the platform for:

• Spreading spam, unauthorized advertising, or pyramid schemes.
• Collecting data about other users without their consent.
• Publishing materials that mislead or insult other users.
• Misusing the platform, such as for mass data collection.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or its functionality.

3.5. Responsibility for Content

3.5.1. The user is responsible for the consequences of posting Content, including potential claims from third parties.

3.5.2. The platform administration is not liable for damages associated with Content posted by users.

3.6. Intellectual Property

3.6.1. All materials on the platform, including design, text, program code, and interface elements, belong to the platform and are protected by copyright.

3.6.2. Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and obtain permission to use corresponding materials.

3.6.3. Copying, modifying, or distributing platform materials is permitted only with the administration’s consent.

Payment and Subscriptions

4.1. General Provisions

4.1.1. The Like Expert platform provides paid services, including subscriptions, one-time services, and access to additional features.

4.1.2. Payment for services is processed through integrated payment services that comply with Ukrainian legislation and data security standards.

4.1.3. The user agrees that payment services may charge additional fees for their services.

4.2. Subscriptions

4.2.1. Users can purchase paid subscriptions to gain access to extended functionality, including exclusive content, promotional opportunities, and other benefits.

4.2.2. A subscription is activated based on the plan selected by the user during payment. The terms of the subscription, including cost and payment frequency, are specified on the subscription page.

4.2.3. Recurring payments (auto-renewal of the subscription) are made automatically unless the user disables this feature in their settings.

4.3. Canceling Subscriptions and Refunds

4.3.1. Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their personal account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4.3.2. Refunds are only available in case of technical issues that prevented the user from using the paid services. Requests for refunds are handled through customer support.

4.4. Points and Bonuses

4.4.1. The platform implements a reward system for user activity, including posts, interaction with content, and participation in referral programs.

4.4.2. Points can be used for:

• Paying for additional services on the platform.
• Obtaining discounts or access to exclusive content.
• Exchanging for cash under the conditions specified in the subscription terms or other platform promotions.

4.4.3. The terms for using and exchanging points are provided in the user settings section or described in special platform offers.

4.5. Financial Gratitude

4.5.1. Users can express financial gratitude to other users for quality content or useful posts. This feature is known as "tips" (donations).

4.5.2. By sending financial gratitude, the user confirms that the transaction is voluntary and non-refundable.

4.5.3. The recipient of financial gratitude is responsible for paying taxes in accordance with Ukrainian law.

4.5.4. The platform is not responsible for the quality of content that received financial gratitude.

Affiliate Program

5.1. General Provisions

5.1.1. The Like Expert platform provides users with the opportunity to participate in an affiliate program (referral program) aimed at attracting new users and promoting platform services.

5.1.2. A participant in the affiliate program (hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate") receives rewards for attracting new users (hereinafter referred to as "Referrals") or for their activity under the program terms.

5.2. Participation Terms

5.2.1. Every user of the Like Expert platform automatically becomes a participant in the basic affiliate program.

5.2.2. The Affiliate gains access to their referral link and the program terms through their personal account.

5.2.3. Referral rewards are accrued for actions specified in the program terms (e.g., registration, purchasing subscriptions, or using paid services).

5.3. Rewards

5.3.1. Rewards are calculated based on the program terms specified in the Affiliate's personal account.

5.3.2. The platform reserves the right to change reward amounts or program rules by notifying Affiliates through their personal account or email.

5.3.3. Rewards can be transferred to:

• The user's internal balance for paying for platform services.
• A bank account/wallet via payment systems supported by the platform.

5.4. Restrictions and Responsibilities

5.4.1. Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Using dishonest methods to attract users (e.g., spam, fake accounts).
• Attracting users in violation of platform rules or laws.
• Providing false information about the platform.

5.4.2. In case of program violations, the platform reserves the right to:

• Withhold accrued rewards.
• Block the Affiliate's account.
• Exclude the Affiliate from the program without the right to rejoin.

5.5. Program Termination

5.5.1. The Affiliate can terminate their participation in the program by submitting a request through customer support or their personal account.

5.5.2. The platform reserves the right to terminate the program at any time, notifying Affiliates in advance.

Advertising Activities on the Platform

6.1. General Provisions

6.1.1. The Like Expert platform provides users with the ability to promote their services, products, events, and initiatives using the platform's special features (hereinafter referred to as "advertising activities").

6.1.2. Advertising activities are carried out by platform users and do not constitute official advertising in the traditional sense. The platform administration does not act as an advertiser or a guarantor of the quality of the promoted goods or services.

6.2. Responsibility for Advertising Activities

6.2.1. A user organizing an advertising activity undertakes to:

• Comply with the laws of Ukraine, international agreements, and moral standards.
• Not publish materials that mislead users.
• Ensure that materials do not infringe copyright, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

6.2.2. The platform administration reserves the right to remove or block advertising activities that violate the platform rules without prior notice.

6.3. Using Platform Features

6.3.1. Advertising activities are organized through the platform's features, including:

• Promoting posts.
• Creating pages, groups, or events.
• Using integrated targeting tools to attract an audience.

6.3.2. The platform administration may provide users with additional tools to enhance the visibility of their publications.

Links and Third-Party Materials

7.1. General Provisions

7.1.1. The Like Expert platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or display materials from third parties. These materials are provided solely for the convenience of users.

7.1.2. The platform administration does not control and is not responsible for:

• The content and accuracy of third-party materials.
• The legality or safety of third-party resources.
• Damages resulting from user interactions with these materials.

7.2. Terms of Use for Third-Party Materials

7.2.1. Users assume personal risk when following third-party links or using materials provided by third parties.
7.2.2. The terms of use and privacy policy of third-party resources apply when using them.

7.3. Restrictions on Posting Third-Party Materials

7.3.1. Users are prohibited from posting links, materials, or information promoting third-party resources without approval from the platform administration.

7.3.2. The administration reserves the right to delete or block materials that:

• Violate the platform's terms of use.
• Contradict Ukrainian legislation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Platform Functionality and Responsibility

8.1. General Provisions

8.1.1. The Like Expert platform provides users with opportunities for interaction, information exchange, service promotion, and participation in partnership and advertising initiatives.

8.1.2. The platform administration ensures its functionality, including access to features, operational support, and technical updates.

8.2. Usage Restrictions and Risks

8.2.1. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any guarantees.

8.2.2. The administration is not liable for:

• loss of profit, income, or data resulting from platform use;
• the continuity, accuracy, or security of platform functionality;
• content and information published by users or third parties.

8.2.3. Users understand that using the platform involves risks, including:

• possible access by third parties to personal data;
• the likelihood of technical errors, interruptions, or delays;
• the presence of unwanted or harmful content uploaded by other users.

8.3. User Responsibilities

8.3.1. Users must:

• comply with laws, moral standards, and platform rules;
• ensure the accuracy of published information;
• not use the platform for spreading spam, malware, or other illegal activities.

8.3.2. Users are solely responsible for:

• content they publish and its consequences;
• the security of their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access;
• causing harm to other users or the platform through their actions.

8.4. Administrative Actions for Violations

8.4.1. The administration reserves the right to:

• delete or block content that violates the terms of the agreement or the law;
• restrict user access to features or entirely block accounts;
• provide information about violators to law enforcement agencies as required by law.

8.4.2. The administration may take actions, including but not limited to:

• removing pages, groups, or content from search results;
• restricting opportunities for promotion, monetization, or participation in initiatives;
• notifying users about violations and providing a timeframe for rectification.

8.5. Account Termination and Deletion

8.5.1. Users have the right to delete their accounts by submitting a corresponding request to the administration.

8.5.2. The administration has the right to delete a user's account in cases of:

• repeated or serious violations of the terms of the agreement;
• suspicions of fraud, spam, or harm to other users.

8.5.3. Account deletion includes removing all user-related information, except as required by law or the agreement.

8.6. Liability for Technical Failures

8.6.1. The administration undertakes to make efforts to eliminate technical malfunctions but is not liable for:

• temporary failures or interruptions in platform operation;
• losses caused by technical failures or data loss.

8.6.2. Users are required to report detected errors or failures to the administration for timely resolution.

8.7. Data Usage and Advertising Interaction

8.7.1. The administration may use statistical data about platform operations to improve functionality and provide relevant content.

8.7.2. Advertising displayed on the platform may be based on user actions, but the administration is not responsible for the content of advertising materials or the results of user interactions with advertisers.

Intellectual Property

9.1. Exclusive Rights to Platform Content

9.1.1. All objects posted on the Like Expert platform, including text, graphic images, design, videos, software, and other elements (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Content"), are intellectual property, the rights to which belong to the platform administration or other legal rights holders.

9.1.2. The use of platform content is allowed only with the written permission of the administration or in cases explicitly provided for by Ukrainian law, for example, for personal non-commercial use with mandatory source attribution.

9.2. User Content

9.2.1. Users retain all rights to the content they post on the platform but grant the administration a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it within the platform's functionality.

9.2.2. User content may be used by the administration for:

• display on the platform, including the feed, group pages, and other sections;
• creating promotional materials to promote the platform and improve its functionality;
• ensuring the technical operation of the platform, including data backups.

9.2.3. Deletion of user content from the platform does not affect the rights previously granted to the administration if:

• the content has already been used in promotional materials;
• the content is preserved in archival copies necessary for the technical operation or security of the platform.

9.3. Liability for Rights Violations

9.3.1. The user is fully responsible for posting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.

9.3.2. In the event of detected copyright or related rights violations, the administration reserves the right to:

• delete or block the respective content;
• suspend the user's access to the platform temporarily or permanently;
• notify the user of the violation with a request to provide evidence of rights to the disputed content;
• transfer information about the violation to law enforcement agencies or rights holders as required by law.

9.4. Use of Platform Content by Users

9.4.1. Users must comply with copyright laws when using content posted on the platform.

9.4.2. It is prohibited to:

• copy, distribute, modify, or use platform elements (including design, code, structure, and interfaces) without written permission from the administration;
• use platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the administration.

9.5. Links and Reviews

9.5.1. Posting links to the Like Expert platform in external sources is allowed only with proper source attribution and retention of the original form of the provided information.

9.5.2. Using the name, logo, or corporate style of the Like Expert platform is permitted only with written permission from the administration, except in cases explicitly provided for by law.

Final Provisions

10.1. Applicable Law

10.1.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any issues not addressed by these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

10.2. Amendments and Additions

10.2.1. We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to these Terms. The updated version becomes effective 30 calendar days after publication on the Like Expert platform unless otherwise specified in the new version.

10.2.2. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into effect constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.3. Termination of Agreement

10.3.1. Users have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting their account through the platform's functionality.

10.3.2. The company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of a User's violation of these Terms or in cases provided for by Ukrainian legislation.

10.3.3. Upon termination of the Agreement, the User loses access to the platform's functionality and their account.

10.4. Dispute Resolution

10.4.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
10.4.2. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted for resolution in court in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

10.5. Final Provisions

10.5.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.5.2. This Agreement is drafted in Ukrainian, constitutes a public offer contract, and has legal force in accordance with Ukrainian law.

10.6. Privacy Policy

10.6.1. Users voluntarily provide their personal data during registration and use of the Like Expert platform's functionality. All data is processed in accordance with Ukrainian data protection legislation.

10.6.2. The company undertakes to ensure proper protection of the provided data and use it solely within the scope specified in the Privacy Policy.

10.6.3. For users outside Ukraine, data usage is governed by the national laws of their jurisdiction, if applicable.
